Placing an Order: To start your order send me an Email with the words “Begin My Personalized Art Order” followed by Your Name in the Subject Line. Please provide me the following information in the body of your email:
Which Product? Identify which Custom Art Product below you’re interested in; Custom Names, Custom Signs, Stylized Photos or Pop Art.
Due Date: Tell me when you need final artwork.
Print, Digital or Both: What is your intended purpose for the artwork?
Print Size/Dimensions: The finished dimensions of your piece will determine the area and resolution of my art file. This information is crucial to my starting your project.
Not sure what size you want? … start by looking around your home or office to get an idea of dimensions and measure their image area (inside frame dimensions). You can also visit a local Home Decor store to size and/or purchase a frame or another unique display option for your piece. If you plan to custom frame or mount your piece then the dimensions are entirely up to you.
Descriptors: Help me create the right Look and Feel for your piece by telling me if you would like it to be Festive or Reserved, Rustic or Industrial, Colorful or Muted (bright hues, pastel colors, earth tones, use Specific Colors, etc.)—any information you think will help.
Examples: Have you seen something that touches on the look and feel you’re envisioning? If so attach an image or two to your email.
Will I be Printing Your Piece? My end product to you will be a high resolution digital file* so printing will be an additional cost. I contract with world class print specialists who offer an array of high quality, archival print solutions with varied pricing and timelines**. We will want to address this right away if I’m handling the printing for you.
I’ll review your email and get back to you promptly. Be specific or let me run with it, whichever works best for you!
Payment: Payment is due once we noodle-out the details of your project. PayPal is the preferred payment method but other forms of payment can be discussed. (Sales tax will be charged to New York State residents only)
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If I can not provide an imagery solution you are completely satisfied with I will return your money.
* Any published applications of my artwork in whole or in part will require my copyright with website link to accompany it.
